The controller is CRISFINITY NETWORK SRL, VAT ID 47387346, registered in Bucharest, Sector 4, Str. Cercetătorilor no. 4, building 26, entrance 2, floor 7, apartment 63. Data protection contact: bizninjaro@gmail.com.
Vizibilio.ro is the brand and online channel used for indicative audits and commercial enquiries. Contracting, implementation and invoicing are carried out by CRISFINITY NETWORK SRL.
2. Data we collect
- name;
- phone number and email address;
- represented company and request information;
- commercial status, appointments, notes and interaction history;
- anonymous website usage statistics. Unique visitors are counted with a session identifier only after statistics are accepted; the internal report does not store IP addresses.
Public company profile information is obtained through Google Places API.

4. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be accessed when necessary by infrastructure providers (Railway), transactional email services (Resend), consented analytics services (the internal Vizibilio system and Google Analytics), consented advertising measurement services (Meta Pixel) and service providers involved in delivery. We do not send the company name, phone number or email entered in the form to Meta. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards.
5. Retention
- shareable reports: normally 30 days;
- enquiries and commercial history: up to 24 months after the last interaction unless a contract or legal duty applies;
- contract and accounting data: for the legally required period;
- internal statistics: up to 13 months; Google Analytics and Meta Pixel data: according to provider settings and user consent.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where applicable by emailing bizninjaro@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
7. Automated scoring
The Vizibilio score is calculated automatically from public profile completeness. It is indicative, has no legal effect and is not an official Google assessment.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. The current version of this policy will remain available on this page.
