2. Role of Vizibilio
Vizibilio is an indicative audit tool and commercial enquiry channel. The optimisation and management service contract is concluded with CRISFINITY NETWORK SRL based on an accepted offer.
3. Free audit
The audit automatically checks certain public Google Places information such as address, phone, website, hours, photos, reviews and profile status. The score uses Vizibilio’s own indicative methodology and is not issued or approved by Google.
Benchmark thresholds, including targets of at least 200 reviews, a rating of at least 4.5, an HTTPS website and at least 20 total photos, are internal Vizibilio criteria rather than Google requirements. Google Places may return no more than 10 photos for a profile through the API, so the total photo count must be checked manually in Google Maps.
We do not guarantee that third-party information is complete or current and do not guarantee search positions, customer numbers or review volume.
4. Services and prices
The displayed price for the complete service is RON 650 per month. Initial configuration is included and no separate implementation fee is charged. Final scope, VAT, deliverables, timing and contractual terms are confirmed in the commercial documents issued by CRISFINITY NETWORK SRL.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, excessive automated requests, infringement of third-party rights, false data transmission or illegal activity.
6. Reviews
The service supports authentic reviews from real customers. We do not guarantee positive reviews and do not recommend incentives or negative-feedback filtering.
7. Intellectual property
The Vizibilio brand, design, texts, scoring methodology, reports and code are protected by applicable law. A recipient may use a report for their own business assessment but may not resell it.
8. Liability
The website is provided subject to technical availability. We are not liable for third-party service outages, Google changes, incorrect public data or business decisions based solely on the automated score.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes should first be addressed amicably and, if unresolved, by the competent courts.
